Pros

I've never worked for a company that value authenticity and flexibility as well as EverCommerce before. I feel trusted to do my work, even if that is at odd hours. I am empowered by my team and company initiatives to be successful. The company has great values and is working hard to embed them across the wider team at the moment. Great benefits such as support for wellness, professional development, parental leave and flexible working. EverCommerce is investing heavily in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging work currently and it's exciting to see the opportunities being created here. It feels like I can be myself at work and that differences are seen as a strength.

Cons

There is a journey of change happening as the various products come together to be One EverCommerce and that comes with highs and lows. I think there is positive intent behind the change, and the journey is on the right track.

Pros

I work in the EverHealth division. Colleagues are friendly and quick to help. Diversity is a founding value--and for a guy not so much on that bandwagon (due to the political bent) I am astonished that this company walks their talk. Diversity of thought is protected and respected. I really admire this. Managers are communicative and and eager to help you succeed. There is a sense of ownership at all levels. This traces back to another founding value that everyone wins or loses together. It's the primary reason I pursued this company and they walk the talk here as well. Collaboration between all levels is fantastic. I've not encountered any "silos" among teams or groups which reflects well on both the leadership and the people.

Cons

Products need some help. But there's always a difference between the way a product looks through the lens of marketing vs customers. This is normal and expected. To be fair--the company is investing in the products and paying attention to customer feedback which is encouraging.
