      Pros

      Fast growing company with lots of opportunity to grow internally as long as your manager can advocate for you. Interesting work and leads with strong company wide values. New FTO policy is wonderful.

      Cons

      Health benefits are average at best. Very matrixed organization that can make collaboration difficult.

      Pros

      So far, I've found the people at EverCommerce to be talented, supportive, and always willing to help. There's a lot of opportunity to work with different teams, which has made it a great environment for learning and gaining exposure to different areas of the business. Leadership encourages ownership, and I've appreciated the flexibility and collaborative culture. As someone who's still fairly new, it's been a welcoming place to get up to speed.

      Cons

      It can take some time to learn where information lives and who to reach out to for specific questions, especially when you're new.
