The only good benefit is Unlimited PTO, but it's also known that companies who implement this practice see employees take less. Sr Management seems to be in their own world, thinking everything is roses. They never listen when a concern is expressed, and when the bomb they have been warned about constantly goes off, they stress you to fix it quickly. This company buys out other smaller software companies with the thought of making them bigger and better, but they make them worse.
