Pros

100% remote, make your own schedule, thorough training, online resources and coaches available to answer questions, weekly and monthly feedback on performance, clear expectations, opportunities for growth within the company, activities and events to keep remote employees connected and involved, management and coworkers have all been great, positive work environment.

Cons

This job suits my needs perfectly, but that may not be the case for everyone.

Pros

So far, I've found the people at EverCommerce to be talented, supportive, and always willing to help. There's a lot of opportunity to work with different teams, which has made it a great environment for learning and gaining exposure to different areas of the business. Leadership encourages ownership, and I've appreciated the flexibility and collaborative culture. As someone who's still fairly new, it's been a welcoming place to get up to speed.

Cons

It can take some time to learn where information lives and who to reach out to for specific questions, especially when you're new.
