Pros

The people here are amazing. I have found many friends. The products we sell make a difference to our customers. This matters to me and makes me feel like I am a part of something good. I can't speak for all, but the leaders I am under and the team I work with is full of smart, skilled, heart-filled, wonderful people. The work/ life balance is very good here. There is a lot of trust and freedom.

Cons

Change is the only constant. I think the changes are getting slower, with solid processes starting to take ground and take off. Some processes are not well documented and changes come up with little or no communication.

Pros

So far, I've found the people at EverCommerce to be talented, supportive, and always willing to help. There's a lot of opportunity to work with different teams, which has made it a great environment for learning and gaining exposure to different areas of the business. Leadership encourages ownership, and I've appreciated the flexibility and collaborative culture. As someone who's still fairly new, it's been a welcoming place to get up to speed.

Cons

It can take some time to learn where information lives and who to reach out to for specific questions, especially when you're new.
