      Pros

      Ever commerce is a very inclusive company with amazing benefits. I feel like this is one of the few larger companies that I have heard about that treats their employees like people and not just another number.

      Cons

      Honestly my process thus far has been pretty easygoing, The mass amount of logins that are required to work is the worst part of the onboarding process, My first two weeks were full of issues regarding this.

      Pros

      So far, I've found the people at EverCommerce to be talented, supportive, and always willing to help. There's a lot of opportunity to work with different teams, which has made it a great environment for learning and gaining exposure to different areas of the business. Leadership encourages ownership, and I've appreciated the flexibility and collaborative culture. As someone who's still fairly new, it's been a welcoming place to get up to speed.

      Cons

      It can take some time to learn where information lives and who to reach out to for specific questions, especially when you're new.
