Pros

Remote WFH policy. The office space is nice if you're local, if you're not you have no where to go really. Someone of the team members are still incredible to work with mostly due to gallows humor and that often misery loves company.

Cons

This has become one of the most soul sucking, morale crushing, self respect questioning, mentally defeating environments outside of a gulag. That may actually be unfair to gulags. The only reason you're seeing leaders posting on LinkedIn, after years of silence, is because there is a mass exodus. I know several people who are considering leaving without jobs lined up or are even considering retail positions while they find something comparable. Leaders are no longer hired by experience. Some of the most critical leadership positions are held by the least experienced or those with NO prior experience. There was once was a people first mindset. There is nothing people first at Evercommerce. The people team is one of the worst groups in the company, and that says a lot.

Pros

I work in the EverHealth division. Colleagues are friendly and quick to help. Diversity is a founding value--and for a guy not so much on that bandwagon (due to the political bent) I am astonished that this company walks their talk. Diversity of thought is protected and respected. I really admire this. Managers are communicative and and eager to help you succeed. There is a sense of ownership at all levels. This traces back to another founding value that everyone wins or loses together. It's the primary reason I pursued this company and they walk the talk here as well. Collaboration between all levels is fantastic. I've not encountered any "silos" among teams or groups which reflects well on both the leadership and the people.

Cons

Products need some help. But there's always a difference between the way a product looks through the lens of marketing vs customers. This is normal and expected. To be fair--the company is investing in the products and paying attention to customer feedback which is encouraging.
