Pros
Great exercise, super physical labor that teaches you how to move, dig, use tools, work hard. Very easy technically, just do the work and don't complain. And enjoy eating like a horse. I truly like this aspect.
Cons
Unending complaints from employees about unkempt trucks, missing product and uniforms, extremely unprofessional behavior. Nobody used any protective equipment!! The supervisors would act upset if they knew how unsafe things are done, but the overall attitudes of the guys there are comedic. I had to drive my own personal vehicle for two weeks because their trucks were in repair, other guys did too occasionally because they needed the job. No apology or thank you. Just a little gas money for my wrecked car. I signed for a laundry service but got no uniform for three weeks, then all they had was "here's some spare XL's" I'm flattered, but that is just laughable. Shame, it could be a fun job but this one you could practically get fired from and be better off.
