What looked to be a small conference room filled with tables and telephones. The management expected you.to get everyone on the call list to allow them to do free consultations. But refuses to update listings by taking off the many and plenty of people that told them no already. If you didn't at the time get three households to commit to allowing you to check their basements for leaks. You were.fired. and you have to hope that someone else hasn't already had that household say yes to them. The manager will lie of course! He also had us claim certain reviews were fake as I see he is still doing to this day. To deflect all of the unprofessional employees they have going in to do the consultations and not properly completing the jobs. During my time working for them and getting consultations together for them. I'd get cursed out because of their poor performance. Which I'm not sure why those customers were still on the call logs of they've already had work done. The manager would curse and talk crap about the customers. Looking at it now! I'm happy that there are people finally calling this company out. You reap what you sow! And it's only the beginning seeing as though they are still a choosing to treat their staff members like "nothing" And the manager can lie if he'd like. I still have the recordings on an old phone of mine. Which will prove every last thing I've said about this company.
