Pros
The company is just as advertised. They teach you everything you need to know to be successful at every position. The training truly is state of the art. The owner is the up front, real guy in the home improvement field. There's a reason people don't leave, they have staff that have been here for over 20 years in sales, marketing, and construction.
Cons
No real cons to the job. The one thing that people don't like about this type of business, is the real work you have to put in. This is a job for somebody who doesn't mind working hard for their money.
