Pros
Everyone works as a team each one has it's job to make the "whole run as one big machine. Everyone here has a positive attitude, if you get 1 that's negative it runs like a virus through the whole dept. so we try to nip that in the bud ASAP! You work hard and you get what you deserve plus working hard equals playing hard! I can't speak for others but I'm treated well cuz I put my whole self into my job so I am rewarded for it. The owner believes in us all and it shows, he's fair & treats us all like family. I can keep going but I believe whomever comes to work here will love it as long as they believe & have that positive attitude.
Cons
As far as I'm concerned there are no cons. People who've put bad things here are the ones that are lazy and don't have that positive attitude that's needed to work & work hard!!
