Pros
I have been with LSS for over 4 years now and have worked in several different positions. I have learned so much. The culture here is great - people care about our mission (the seniors we take care of) and are generally nice.
Cons
We have 9 different "Life Plan Communities" plus home health care and Affordable Housing communities. That makes it hard to have a sense of belonging to "LSS" and rather employees tend to feel belonging to their community or program
