      Benefits are good, compensation pays the bills, decent amount of paid holidays.

      Cons

      Employee moral is very low. Pay isn't great, but gets bills paid

      Pros

      There is a lot of room to work on projects at your own pace.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of oversight, I went weeks without check-ins. Many of the assembly workers are not happy, which leads to some friction.
