Pros

Supervisors are easy to get along with so long as you show up for work and do your job to the best of your ability. It also helps to leave your ego at home. As long as you're not a "know-it-all", you might learn something. The company's retirement contribution is generous compared to other shops. Sick time and vacation time are average. Lots of overtime.

Cons

The pay is pretty low. To date, it tops out around $17/hr and takes 3 years to get there. No matter what they may tell you in the interview, or what your experience is, that's the wage scale. The insurance is expensive, for what you get. The equipment is outdated and ill-maintained, for the most part. Overtime is required, until you get hired permanent, no matter what the excuse.

Pros

There is a lot of room to work on projects at your own pace.

Cons

There is not a lot of oversight, I went weeks without check-ins. Many of the assembly workers are not happy, which leads to some friction.
