      2 weeks vacation when full time

      Management is a joke. Too much overtime and not enough pay! Too long hiring contract workers so they leave.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room to work on projects at your own pace.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of oversight, I went weeks without check-ins. Many of the assembly workers are not happy, which leads to some friction.
