      The staff are hard working and the company has growth potential unrecognized

      Cons

      The company lacks top level executive leadership. Bullying and back biting are rampid. This problem is rooted in management and goes unpoliced do to ownership lack involvement, vision and ability to comit to long term goals.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room to work on projects at your own pace.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of oversight, I went weeks without check-ins. Many of the assembly workers are not happy, which leads to some friction.
