      Pros

      Coworkers are great - good for first job (take your experience and run)

      Cons

      High turnover. Overworked. Underpaid. Stressful. No help with cost of living. Annual salary increases are a slap in the face. Title is "Account Manager" but you really are a project manager.

      Good benefits, flexible work schedule, lots of team activities, great customers.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room to work on projects at your own pace.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of oversight, I went weeks without check-ins. Many of the assembly workers are not happy, which leads to some friction.
