Pros

They can't keep employees, so you feel like you have job security Hybrid (rumors this will be taken away) Training (tedious and feels like elementary school)

Cons

Work load is too high, review process is tedious, no salary transparency, no understanding of what is expected of you, inaccurate job descriptions, leadership team is uneducated and out of touch, bad inhouse software systems, insane amount of turn over, really politically conservative and/or religious people work here? I've seen women on my team be talked down to/given higher work load. Each day, there is a new problem that is your responsibility to solve. Your experience here will really depend on your manager (and if they like you/even respect you) and what clients you have, not worth the gamble. Don't expect a raise until youre nearly 2 years in. The work is draining, unfulfilling. The office itself is really uncomfortable and loud, there are mice there too. Constantly need to fight with other departments to get ANYTHING done. They'll tell you not to look at the glassdoor reviews, and that they've made a lot of improvements...dont believe them. Only take this job if you're in a bind and desperately need a job. If you take the job, keep applying while you work there.

Pros

There is a lot of room to work on projects at your own pace.

Cons

There is not a lot of oversight, I went weeks without check-ins. Many of the assembly workers are not happy, which leads to some friction.
