      Pros

      Hybrid schedule, great coworkers, and not much else.

      Cons

      They throw you in with little to no training and expect the world from you. God forbid you make one mistake and they'll hold it over your head for the rest of your time there

      Pros

      There is a lot of room to work on projects at your own pace.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of oversight, I went weeks without check-ins. Many of the assembly workers are not happy, which leads to some friction.
