One member of the leadership team made the experience unbearable and ultimately led me to resign. While initially friendly, this person became controlling, unprofessional, and created a toxic environment. I felt bullied and intimidated, and they frequently made inappropriate remarks about other colleagues, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I raised my concerns with HR in the hope that they will take this seriously and prevent others from going through a similar experience. It’s a real shame, as I enjoyed my role and had great relationships with my team but one individual’s behaviour completely undermined that.
