Worst Company Ever - Claims Manager Everest Re Group Employee Review

Each and every day upper level management goes out of their way to micromanage and nitpick every detail of your day. There are 3 layers of mangement over every technician and the vie with each other to "out micro-manage" each other. No detail is so small or inconsequential as to not be dissected by them with an eye towards personally attacking the technical staf.. This is the worst company I've ever worked for.
