The culture of the company has became very toxic in Finance department, military commander style , with lacking rationale many times for pushing something down employee’s throat.The work load is overwhelming, processes very archaic ,multitude of systems not talking to each-other, manual processes and poor organisation but yet very demanding .The company’s treatment of non locals is a constant issue in here, with outsiders hardly ever getting promoted but worked hard for the processing jobs , all this making labour turnover in the company very high and constant, unfortunately.
