Pros
I've been at Apex for more than 2 years now. In my time there, I have further developed soft skills of communication, ownership, determination, teamwork and dedication. Hard skills relating to data and calendar management using tools including Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, VMS (vendor management systems) and ATS (applicant tracking systems). I have learned to work really hard at something and see it pay off. The goals and vision are rigorous and continually push beyond my comfort zone, but they challenge me try harder and be better.
Cons
Business flow can get tough certain times of the year making goals or numbers harder to hit. That's part of the staffing world and the right people for the industry know how to ride through the ups and downs and still come out standing.
