1. One of the best comp plans (sales side) in the industry; set up so you succeed financially after a bit of time; not like most sales roles where you make hay years 1-2 then you have to sell twice as much product to half the territory to make the same amount of money
2. No micromanagement unless you're not hitting your metrics which are very clearly defined
3. Competitive environment, but not unhealthy
4. Co-workers are great to work with
5. Support is all over the place, all you have to do is ask; people always willing to help
6. Perform in whatever role you're in, and new opportunities are all over
Cons
1. Base salary is low, but if you're getting into a commission-type job, thinking minimums isn't ideal
2. Reputation in our industry isn't great, but you can change that

No benefits for my specific contract other than 401k and ok insurance for healthcare, Contractor Care team rarely reaches out to me to ensure im doing ok and have no issues. In the last 10 months i've heard from my apex rep 1 once and that was to notify me that a new rep was taking over and they never reached out.
