Exciting, fast paced, days go by quickly, great opportunity to make money if you're highly motivated and not concerned about your life outside of work for the first few years. GREAT benefits as well.
Cons
HORRIBLE base salary ($30k), plan on living at home for the first couple of years if you take this job. No fail safe if you start off slow, stuck with low income. Revolving door with management and leadership. Highly stressful, not an easy job to start when working from home, heavily scrutinized on performance, outdated technology for a tech staffing firm. They claim a high retention rate for staff and it's just not true. They also claim a strong work/life balance, also not true.
