Questionable ethics, favoritism, discrimination, little diversity, and the "Peter Principle" - Director Everforth Apex Systems Employee Review

Pros

No micro-management. Freedom to succeed on your own terms.

Cons

Repeated instances of very questionable (at best) business ethics in senior management. Favoritism, nepotism, discrimination, harassment, and the "Peter Principle" are widespread, especially in the senior ranks. Much pretense and talk about diversity and inclusion but very little action.

Pros

Flexible and decent entry level pay.

Cons

No benefits for my specific contract other than 401k and ok insurance for healthcare, Contractor Care team rarely reaches out to me to ensure im doing ok and have no issues. In the last 10 months i've heard from my apex rep 1 once and that was to notify me that a new rep was taking over and they never reached out.
