Weekly pay Currently working from home

Can be overwhelming when you have no experience High expectations with low pay Frequent experience with systems not working properly Serval lines of business to be trained in which all require different systems to be use The training structure needs improvement There are people who are in positions as production support who are not always willing to help, and hop on call with an advocate. The production support team should really learn how to teach the processes better, and SLOW down. The people skills clearly are not there
