      Good training, Support day to day comes from fellow employees with more experience. decent human beings running things. contract house is full of kind people. A+ Certification test offered.

      Cons

      Very Ridged benefits. no increase in pay no PTO after 1 year, no 401K match. The prospect of being direct hired by the client is nothing short of a pipe dream.

      fair salary and communication up to my first day
