Pros

Amazing office environment! Very laid back, fun coworkers, great leadership (keeps things in line but does not breathe down your neck.) Great balance.

Cons

Seems laid back on surface but actually very corporate and structured in how things function. Limited PTO, strict lunch hour; very 9-5 structure. This can be a good thing to some, but work can easily become your life. Very little room for advancement.

Pros

The team I was assigned to was very easy to get to know and work with. The on-boarding process was straightforward and communication was appropriate. Felt respected in what I could offer and that the client I worked with was a good fit.

Cons

Some of the future opportunities that I was contacted about received no response after replying to them directly. This happened in more than two occurrences.
