Pros

Amazing training program when you get hired -- 6 weeks' worth. When the economy is good, lots of opportunity to make a lot of money with their uncapped commissions structure.

Cons

Because this is a split-desk role, the jobs you receive are dependent upon the performance of the Account Exec team. When it's slow, it's very slow.

Pros

The team I was assigned to was very easy to get to know and work with. The on-boarding process was straightforward and communication was appropriate. Felt respected in what I could offer and that the client I worked with was a good fit.

Cons

Some of the future opportunities that I was contacted about received no response after replying to them directly. This happened in more than two occurrences.
