Pros
CyberCoders is a great company for recruiters that either bust their chops or are good at what they do. The systems in place make it impossible for you to fail if you actually apply yourself.
Cons
Their are only two things that could actually use improvement. First, recruiters shouldn't be on draw for their first 60-90 days so they get an opportunity to build their book and learn the system. Two, the rules of engagement could use some work to alleviate some of the cut throat competition and client irritation.
