Pros
- A week out in California for training, great for people in the industry, even better for those that come from other sales environments - Uncapped commission structure (additional bonuses for new business won and GM tiers) - Relaxed environment, casual dress, NO MICROMANAGING - Ability to work with any industry in the US, both permanent and contract placements - "Own" a client, won't have multiple recruiters calling into different departments of a company you're working with - Full desk recruiting - manage the process from start to finish with both candidate and client *Specific to the Framingham office, strong tenure. Management team are top billers in the company, good team environment. Work hard, play hard mentality.
Cons
- Unpredictable product, candidates can "no-show", cancel, say the wrong thing and decline an offer. - Can take a few months to get ramped up.. you'll need to ask the right questions and lean on the team around you for advice and support
