Pros
- Great comp plan after 1-2 promotions, work from home, strong commission after promotions. If you are an experienced salesperson, you will be able to succeed. Opportunity to make good money after the learning curve.
Cons
- The starting comp plan is not that strong, and it will take 6-9 months before you ramp up and start earning commission checks. If you have little sales to no sales experience this will be a difficult role for you. There is a learning curve to sourcing/closing candidates and closing deals. The full desk recruiting industry is a 2 way sale, selling to the client and the candidate on the opportunity. Deals can fall apart for a number of reasons out of your control which ultimately will affect you financially. The metrics/goals can be daunting which can cause a stressful environment. It really depends on who your manager is and the training and effort they put into training and development. CyberCoders does not have a strong reputation in the industry so that is an objection you will have to overcome a lot. Ultimately this is a good opportunity but there is a lot of burn out in this industry.
