Pros
-Great coworkers -Tools available for success (sourcing tools, etc) -Training/education reimbursement
Cons
-Very micromanaged environment (SO many metrics and unnecessary meetings, it makes actually getting your job done tough) -Unsteady funding. Loss of one large contract leads to lots of layoffs -Hard to move up in such a large company, you're pretty siloed
