Bad training was not helpful

Very organized environment and supportive team culture. At least in the proposal department, never felt alone to tackle my work by myself. Was always offered help by teammates or manager.

The proposal workload is slowly increasing and proposal team is getting burnt out. Every employee is being overworked and you are always expected to be working on something. Even if you do not have an active project, you are constantly expected to be working on a project on the side or innovating some process. It is exhausting to constantly be pushed to do more. It seems like it is not allowed to just have slow weeks at ECS as everyone does at every company.
