Horrible contract! - Instructor Everforth ECS Employee Review

Someone from this company needs to take a good hard look at the turnover in Norman OK, NCED. How many employees have we lost since they took over? We have now lost 2 program managers, 2 managers and many instructors. This used to be a strong group of employees. There is a common denominator in the loss of 4 managers and that is the original program manager/vice president of the company, Tess Swatt. She has ran off some of the best people I have ever worked with. Its so sad and angering to watch.
