Very Retaliatory Management Environment - Engineer Everforth ECS Employee Review

Management at ECS loves you as long as you bend over backwards and give them 110% all of the time. The moment they don’t get what they want from you the work environment becomes very hostile and retaliatory especially with the corporate management. It comes down to your employment is only secure as long as you perform inside and outside of your job function at the highest levels possible without question very similar to old school military sentiment. They do not care about fairness or equality in the workplace only their external image is important. Some management at the corporate levels will even resort to career sabotage if they don’t get their way and you stand up for yourself as a professional. They deal very poorly with constructive criticism. It’s either their way or the highway. Would not advise viewing them as a potential career and instead would only use them as a stepping stone to get where you want to be.
