Had a good standard Some great managers Employees are mostly all hard workers that are their to help you succeed Have to reiterate the best thing here are the employees who actually do the work. They work together and support each other. Most want to help their fellow succeed.

The not so great managers will give you unrealistic goals New CEO has changed the environment Became about money not qaulity Most long term employees were forced out Emoloyees forced to change shifts or job titiles or take pay cut Competencies and raises werr once on hold for 2 full years with almost no explanation
