Pros
First, of course is the kids. The students behaviors are hard sometimes, but the kids are still awesome. Overtime is available as needed, so I don't work a second job for my family. The staff I work with are nice and have worked here a while. I've learned a lot. The top management know who I am, and treat me kindly. The person at the top responds to question even at night or on weekends and never make me feel like I'm bothering them. Other staff I work with also say that she responds quickly if they email or call. I worked here all during covid and the managers and families showed their appreciation. I feel good about what I do.
Cons
Sometime the schedule is hard. Can't always count on leaving on time, but it's just to cover the kids for a while. Sometimes the ac asking me to stay late or work extra could be less bossy sounding and nicer about it, but it's not all of them, just like one.
