Unlimited overtime so if you really need extra money you can pick up as many hours as you want. The kids are awesome to work with. Most staff are really great. You feel like you're making a difference.

The scheduling often doesn't line up with what time you're scheduled. Very often you'll have to wait a half hour to an hour after your scheduled time before you're able to leave. It's paid but still, it sucks if you have to be somewhere after work but are stuck waiting for someone else to get there. Also the insurance sucks
