Schedule is set. Same halls, consistent staffing. Managerial support. New building in May 2026.

High expectations of performance. Some agency workers.

There are a lot of great perks to working here. It seems they are always adding benefits and positive morale builders. There has been a shift in management recently, which appears to be a move in the right direction. The employees treat the residents with respect and compassion. They offer very versatile shift options for Monday-Thursday and Friday/Saturday/Sunday. I'm excited to come to work and look forward to the future with this company!

Getting close to the residents in this close-knit environment can be difficult when they pass. But I'd rather build those relationships and enrich their lives and mine.
