Pros

Very good pay! Friendly and helpful co-workers! Time spent with residents! Hours were great, no weekends!

Cons

Due to shortage of CNA’s, instead of working as a floor nurse (which is what I was hired for), I had to work as a CNA full-time without doing any floor nursing responsibilities at all. My husband got COVID, I had to take mandatory 24 days off (no pay) and received an “occurrence” for it!

Pros

There are a lot of great perks to working here. It seems they are always adding benefits and positive morale builders. There has been a shift in management recently, which appears to be a move in the right direction. The employees treat the residents with respect and compassion. They offer very versatile shift options for Monday-Thursday and Friday/Saturday/Sunday. I'm excited to come to work and look forward to the future with this company!

Cons

Getting close to the residents in this close-knit environment can be difficult when they pass. But I'd rather build those relationships and enrich their lives and mine.
