      Pros

      Great culture, great people to work around, countless opportunities to stretch yourself and grow if you work hard. Management is all in on their employees. Your coworkers will be brilliant and push you to bring your A-game. Everlight is a company where if you have ideas and can show why they work then you attain the resources to go try it. The environment that you work in is crazy electric and non-judging. This is a place to come to if you have crazy ideas that you know can change the world.

      Cons

      With growth this fast, it can be hectic and difficult to keep up within a hyper-growth environment. I love it but it isn't for everyone!

      Pros

      Full-time -- remote. The leads are great at working with your schedule if you have kids. Easy structure, tons of resources. It's hard to fail like you really have to not try. It's an open-book test basically and if you need a resource, the leads are quick to provide it. Team is like a family, 10/10 recommended

      Cons

      You deal with angry customers but the team does a great job at keeping you focused and positive about the situation. Pay could be better

      - Lack of communication and follow-through - Doesn't support individual thought - Low pay - Unique work environment
