      Pros

      Everlight only hires the best and the compensation reflects that. They place tremendous value on company culture and crave feedback from even the newest hires. The work is difficult but incredibly rewarding. If you are looking for a company that challenges you to do your best work and overcome new obstacles everyday, then this is it.

      Cons

      The following are no issue for me, but maybe to some: -Working outside all year -The days go by fast but can occasionally be long -Driving to jobsites, sometimes up to an hour away

      Pros

      Full-time -- remote. The leads are great at working with your schedule if you have kids. Easy structure, tons of resources. It's hard to fail like you really have to not try. It's an open-book test basically and if you need a resource, the leads are quick to provide it. Team is like a family, 10/10 recommended

      Cons

      You deal with angry customers but the team does a great job at keeping you focused and positive about the situation. Pay could be better

      - Great sense of community - Lots of fun activities and events to be a part of - Able to build good relationships with others - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Lack of communication and follow-through - Doesn't support individual thought - Low pay - Unique work environment
