      I learn something new every day Book Clubs! We have both company-wide and team book clubs. I’ve read some amazing books since joining the Everlight Team, and it boggles my mind how much I’ve learned. Makes me feel support and like the execs invest in us. I’ve grown in my professional life AND have been able to apply it to my personal life, which has been unexpected, so so welcome life changing Staff Incentives! Such good swag. I have the cutest Everlight stuff Foundation of meaningful values

      If someone isn’t comfy with a fast-paced environment, it’s super easy to fall behind. We’re hardcore and relentless. People who aren’t easily stick out like sore thumb

      Pros

      Full-time -- remote. The leads are great at working with your schedule if you have kids. Easy structure, tons of resources. It's hard to fail like you really have to not try. It's an open-book test basically and if you need a resource, the leads are quick to provide it. Team is like a family, 10/10 recommended

      You deal with angry customers but the team does a great job at keeping you focused and positive about the situation. Pay could be better
