      The best part of working here is the great leadership. They're always investing in my future. They're really open to feedback - they appreciate open communication and transparency. I can share any concerns with total job security which is the best feeling. It's the best place to work because you'll always feel challenged. There's a huge focus on personal development. If you work hard and stand out, you'll be rewarded for that.

      Cons

      Working from home was a transition. Remote work has major perks - but it's not for everyone.

      Pros

      Full-time -- remote. The leads are great at working with your schedule if you have kids. Easy structure, tons of resources. It's hard to fail like you really have to not try. It's an open-book test basically and if you need a resource, the leads are quick to provide it. Team is like a family, 10/10 recommended

      Cons

      You deal with angry customers but the team does a great job at keeping you focused and positive about the situation. Pay could be better
