Pros
The team is wonderful! They are supportive and encouraging, while also maintaining healthy goals for personal growth and development. I am someone who appreciates constructive criticism and challenges for improvement. I loved being on this team full of people people, and getting an introduction to an industry I previously had limited knowledge of. This department is awesome if you value a positive company culture and want to take part in curating it.
Cons
There were opportunities for advancement, but they were pretty limited. The company (and department) is growing quickly, but being so new means there is room for much improvement and change through trial and error. I would like to see more focus on people care and retention in the future.
