      Pros

      Everlight wants you to grow in every way, in your role here individually, as a team, and in your personal goals. Their dedication to providing resources to do this is my favorite thing about the company. I've appreciated the positivity, simplicity, and how committed they are to keeping the culture that way, attracting people who will only add to it. Definitely a fit for a person that wants a team who will push them to be better.

      Pros

      Full-time -- remote. The leads are great at working with your schedule if you have kids. Easy structure, tons of resources. It's hard to fail like you really have to not try. It's an open-book test basically and if you need a resource, the leads are quick to provide it. Team is like a family, 10/10 recommended

      Cons

      You deal with angry customers but the team does a great job at keeping you focused and positive about the situation. Pay could be better
