      Pros

      During my time here at Everlight, I can truly say it has been the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE, celebrates your successes and treats you like they have known you for years; even if you are brand new! The team is always there to answer any questions you have, and promotes raising your hand! There are countless opportunities to promote within this company as well. As I have only been here for a few months, I have gained confidence, WFH friendships, and an excitement on what the future brings for me within this company.

      Pros

      Full-time -- remote. The leads are great at working with your schedule if you have kids. Easy structure, tons of resources. It's hard to fail like you really have to not try. It's an open-book test basically and if you need a resource, the leads are quick to provide it. Team is like a family, 10/10 recommended

      Cons

      You deal with angry customers but the team does a great job at keeping you focused and positive about the situation. Pay could be better

      - Lack of communication and follow-through - Doesn't support individual thought - Low pay - Unique work environment
