Pros
The best thing about working at Everlight is the company culture. I enjoy working with every one of my coworkers, and the culture that they have created is unmatched. The warehouse is a fun place to hangout, and I have made many friends working here.
Cons
In the beginning, I was worried about my professional development at Everlight. I had a hard time envisioning how I would fit in here. However, most of my fears stem from the fact that there are so many good workers here at Everlight, that I had a hard time seeing how I could stand out in the crowd. Although, as time passed, it has become clear to me that they are trying to open up more positions to grow in the company. Therefore, I believe most of the problems I see in this company are purely just due to growing pains, and will iron out as time goes on.
